Its a Wonderful Life
This was actually shot way back at the start of this year during the incredible few weeks of snow across the United Kingdom. It was captured as the sun was setting during one of his favorite walks in one of his favorite forest. Thought it was fitting to post this now with as the darker and colder days now approach.
Hyper Calm
A day walking along the riverside means one think, “you better believe I’m going to jump in that water!” In this particular photo We were not sure if he was going to make it back up onto ground due to the rather tall edging, but with a massive jump from the water and two helping hands he fights another day.

You cant help but feel sorry for something that lives its life ten times faster than our own; you feel bad when you can’t take him into the wild where he would quite happily chase deer until he cant run anymore. You see that goofy face look up at you with such excitement, then disappointment when he knows hes not going for an adventure today.

Magical Eyes
Met this amazing looking Labrador in the south downs who had the most amazing eyes and it seemed as if he had so much going through his mind like a figure in an Edward Hopper painting. I wish I had more of an opportunity to photography him instead of a few amateur shots of him lying down outside a pub. So if the really lovely owners I met would like me to photograph him, I’d be happy too :)
